FAQ

• How many photos do we get?

  I make entirely 500-700 number of photos of the whole wedding day.

• How long do we have to wait for the photos?

  You can expect to get the photo gallery 14-30 days after the wedding and the binded album 30-60 days.

• Do we get the photos in high resolution and does that include the photoshop changes?

  Yes, you get the high resolution photos, on usb,  edited with the lightroom tool, which means the correction of colours and light, without any further alteration included.

• Do you travel to further destinations in order to do the photoshooting?

  Yes, of course. Only, in that case, the travel costs are also included.

• What ways of payment are included?

  You can pay in any way of transfering money, PayPal, cash, on my bank account… Any way that’s most suitable for you.

• Do you deliver the albums?

  Yes, of course. I deliver them personaly to your adress, or send them by post express service. The albums are hard cover, around 10 pages of highly resolutioned print, size 30x30cm, on a quality paper. You can check out the examples on ivanjankovic.com

• When can we expect for the album to be completed?

  You can expect the first version of your album a month after the wedding. I would make an album with unlimited number of changes, so that we could be sure that the final version is exactly what you wanted. I don’t take any steps toward making the album without your final aproval.

• Do you take photos of newlyweds and their family members?

  Of course I do. Those photos are also included in the gallery you get. I don’t put those photos on the blog posts on the web site.

• Could you explain the term of an on-line web gallery and web gallery slide show?

  You get the password for your on-line gallery where you can download the photos you want, and also share the photos with your family and friends. I set the password for personal privacy reasons. Web slide show presents a 10 minute retrospective through photos of your big day, followed by a soundtrack of your wedding.

• I’m uncomfortable in front of the camera… Camera doesn’t love us very much… We’re very shy, you know…

  Not to worry. My style is casual, spontaneous, on the move, without many alterations, like a photojournalist, in a way like a documentary photographer. I like to capture real, candid moments. We both agree that those kind of photos are the best, showing you the way you really are. No masks on 😉

• Can we meet, or talk before the hireing you as our photographer?

  Yes, of course. I’m available on social networks – Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Whatsapp, Skype and my mail adress. Aside for that, I also have my mobile number and a landline phone number
